The programme of the congress is designed to provide a comprehensive exploration of various aspects related to performance and health. Therefore, key notes, abstracts, workshops will address strength and conditioning topics related to performance or health. Attendees can expect a diverse range of sessions and presentations aimed at fostering knowledge exchange, networking, and professional development. Snacks and drinks are included in the conference fee and will be provided during breaks on every conference day.
