Cancellation
Cancellation of participation is generally excluded. An optional cancellation fee (15% of the participation fee for the early bird rate, 20% of the participation fee for the regular rate, 25% of the participation fee for the late rate) can be booked as part of the online registration process. This allows cancellation up to and including 10.09.2025, 23:59 CET. The difference will be refunded less the cancellation option.
