Call for abstracts

General information and requirements of submission:

• Posters are equally submitted as abstracts related to the respective topic:
  • Performance
  • Health
• Concerning methods, the study design should be described (i.e. cross-sectional or longitudinal). Statistical procedures should be briefly mentioned.
• The research is original, i.e., not already published or accepted for publication in any peer-reviewed journal nor in any book at the time of abstract submission deadline (April 30, 2025)
• The presenter is responsible for the compliance with data protection, copyrights, ethic regulation and export control.
• To assure the anonymous review, it is not allowed to mention any names or locations in the paper. The author names shall be listed in the online management system, but not in the abstract.
• Accepted abstracts will be published on the conference website as book of abstracts.
• Pay your registration fee before 31 May 2025 – abstracts from first authors that have not paid the registration fee until this deadline will be removed.
• Important: Abstract submission will not automatically include the registration for the conference. Registration has to be done separately.
